Mr. Kayode Moses Oluwafemi

Kayode Moses Oluwafemi is a PhD student at the Doctoral School of Education, HSE University, Moscow, Russia. His research examines post-COVID changes in teacher professional development, teaching practices, and teacher well-being across education systems, testing how macro-level conditions – broadband access, GDP per capita, and pandemic-policy stringency – moderate these outcomes, drawing on OECD’s Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS) 2018 and 2024 cycles across 40 education systems. His methodological interests include psychometric validation and measurement invariance testing, survey-weighted country-level regression, and comparative quantitative research using large-scale international assessment data.
