Lea Mustonen is a Senior Lecturer at Häme University of Applied Sciences (HAMK), where her expertise focuses on technical communication, accessibility, and the development of engineering education. She designs and delivers teaching while actively contributing to pedagogical development and academic publishing. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in the development of final thesis supervision, processes, and practices. She is also a member of the Association of Finnish Science Journalists.
