Ola Issa is an educator and humanitarian leader from Palestine with over a decade of experience leading programmes in education, community resilience, and community development. She is currently transitioning from her role as West Bank Manager at the Deutsche Welthungerhilfe e. V. (WHH) to become Country Director of Right To Play in Palestine, where she will lead education and play-based programmes for children and young people. Ola holds a master’s degree in education and is currently pursuing a PhD in Educational Development at Birzeit University, researching innovative approaches to learning. Her interests include community learning and resilience, teacher professional development, educational innovation, and bridging research with practice. She has presented her work at international conferences and educational forums.
